Weddington Coffee
Purpose: To form a bond with teens who are at the same high school and/or middle school together before their day begins while eating, having a short devotional and prayer.
Target Audience: Congregation
Program:

A breakfast hosted in a home or local coffee shop for those who attend the same middle school and/or high school.

It is scheduled once a week.

Transportation to school is provided by the host.
School Breakfast Dates: YouthQuest needs parents who are interested in helping get this started to talk to Brad.
School Breakfast Locations: Middle schoolers meet at Starbucks at the corner of Highway 84 and Waxhaw/Indian Trail Rd. at 7:50 AM and then Brad will take you to school. High Schoolers meet at the Sommer's home at 7:00 AM and Brad will take you to school!
Goals are:

Once teens are comfortable, the youth minister will show up at school for lunch to begin to meet friends of YQ teens.

Friends (i.e. GUESTS) will be invited to KOINONIA Part Deux.

If they attend KOINONIA Part Deux, they will receive a follow-up note from the SALT Team.

Guests will be invited back to KOINONIA Part Deux and encouraged to-

Play YQ Basketball at 1/2 price (must attend KOINONIA Part Deux first).

Attend Winterfest at 1/2 price.

Attend Spring Break at 1/2 price.
