Project Strive Purpose: To help teens raise money for YouthQuest events.
Target Audience: During the year we have one BIG Project Strive event. The Elders have asked us to focus Project Strive events on raising money from the community instead of from the congregation.
Process: When teens work at a Project Strive event, all the money they make goes directly into their Project Strive account. If they want to use this money to pay for a trip, they must write that on their application or send an email to Lee Thrasher at lthrasher@prcoc.org. Phone calls are not acceptable because they do not leave a paper trail. Project Strive accounts can be used until August of the year the teen graduates high school.
