ZONE56 This Sunday Night NOVEMBER 8th, 4:00-6:00pm (we gotta get it done before dark!!!)

It’s Service with a Smile night. We’re going into the neighborhood behind PR and raking leaves for some of the Senior Citizens who really need help. It’s gonna be a fun service project. BRING A RAKE, (anyone have a blower?), your $4 for dinner, and invite your friends. Friends are free. NOTICE THAT THE TIME IS 4:00PM—THAT’S EARLIER THAN USUAL!!!! Meet @ 4:00pm at the PR gym.

You must RSVP because we only get 30 spots!!! Parents can drop off and pick up at Inner Peaks. PARENT UNIVERSITY

You’ve heard me tell before about some great classes for parents that CMS offers throughout the year called PARENT UNIVERSITY. Here are a few that are coming up in the South Charlotte area that I thought might appeal to some of you:

Working Together to Prevent Bullying, 11/9/09, 6:30-8:30pm, hosted by the Jewish Community Center (across the street from PR). I’M GOING TO THIS ONE IF ANYONE WANTS TO JOIN MEJ!

 21st Century Learning Skills-What They Are and Why They Are Important, 11/30/09, 6:30-8:00, hosted by the Jewish Community Center (across the street from PR) specifically for parents of kids ages 10-14
